A booking is considered confirmed only after the required advance payment or full payment is successfully received.

Once safari permits, accommodation, vehicles, or other travel services are reserved or processed, cancellation charges may apply even if the travel date is in the future.

• Cancellation requests should be shared in writing through email or WhatsApp with your booking details.
• Cancellation charges depend on the service booked, the booking date, and whether permits or vendor payments have already been processed.
• Safari permits, government fees, and other non-refundable components may not be eligible for refund once issued or submitted.

Where a refund is approved, the refundable amount is calculated after deducting permit fees, gateway charges, bank charges, taxes, and any non-recoverable supplier costs.

Approved refunds are generally processed to the original payment source or a mutually confirmed account within a reasonable processing period.

• Date changes are subject to permit availability, hotel inventory, and vendor approval.
• A rescheduling request may be treated as a cancellation plus a fresh booking if existing services cannot be amended.
• Fare differences, revised permit charges, or seasonal rate changes may be payable at the time of modification.

If a safari or travel component is affected by government restrictions, park closures, weather disruption, natural events, or operational issues beyond our control, we will provide the best possible support for rescheduling or supplier-backed refunds wherever applicable.

In such cases, refunds depend on the actual recovery received from the respective authority, hotel, transporter, or service provider.
