JungleSafar.com (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides a platform that connects travellers with verified safari operators, hotels, and travel service providers. We act as a facilitator and information guide to help you plan and manage your trip easily and securely. Our platform helps travelers book wildlife safaris and tours in Rajasthan including Ranthambore Tiger Reserve, Sariska Tiger Reserve, Jhalana Leopard Safari Park, and Jawai Leopard Hills. By using our platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

Use of the Website

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes.
You must not use automated tools (e.g., bots, scrapers) to extract data without prior written consent.
The content on our website, including images, descriptions, and prices, is for informational purposes and may change without prior notice.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all personal and booking details you provide during the booking process.

Bookings and Payments

All safari bookings and travel services are subject to availability and confirmation from the respective service providers or forest authorities.
Bookings are confirmed only after receiving full or partial payment as specified during checkout.
Payment methods may include online banking, debit cards, credit cards, UPI, or other secure payment gateways available on the website.
After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email or message with booking details.
Prices displayed on the website may change depending on availability, tourism season, or government regulations related to safari permits.
JungleSafar.com reserves the right to cancel, modify, or refuse any booking that violates our policies or due to operational limitations.

Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation requests must be submitted through your JungleSafar.com account or via the support section.
Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation before the scheduled Safari or travel date.
Date changes or rescheduling depend on the availability of safari permits, accommodation, and travel services.
Government regulations, forest department orders, weather conditions, or park restrictions may lead to safari rescheduling or cancellation. In such cases, JungleSafar.com will assist in arranging alternatives or refunds where applicable.
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the original payment method and may take 7–14 working days depending on bank or payment gateway processing time.

Traveler Responsibilities

Travellers must carry valid government-issued ID proof as required by safari and forest department rules.
You must follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by safari guides, drivers, or park authorities during the safari.
Activities such as alcohol consumption, smoking, loud music, or disturbing wildlife inside protected areas are strictly prohibited.
JungleSafar.com is not responsible for any loss, injury, delay, or damage caused due to negligence or non-compliance with safari rules.

Limitations of Liability

JungleSafar.com acts only as an intermediary between travellers and third-party service providers such as hotels, safari operators, and transport services.
We are not responsible for any acts, errors, delays, or omissions by these third-party providers.
We are also not liable for disruptions caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or park closures.
Our maximum liability, in any case, is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking.

Safari Permit Rules

Safari bookings are governed by the rules and regulations of the respective Forest Department and park authorities.
Once a safari permit is issued by the forest department, the booking becomes non-transferable and may be subject to government cancellation policies.
