1 Day Ranthambore: gypsy or canter safari

Day 1

Start your day early with an exciting morning Gypsy safari in Ranthambore National Park. Your driver will pick you up from your hotel or resort around 5:30 AM to 6:00 AM, depending on the season. Enjoy a 3 to 3.5-hour open Gypsy safari through the forest. The zone will be assigned by the Forest Department, based on availability. Keep your camera ready as you explore the jungle in search of the Royal Bengal Tiger. You may also spot leopards, sloth bears, deer, crocodiles, and a variety of birds. Along the way, enjoy Ranthambore’s beautiful lakes, forests, and historic ruins. Around 9:30 AM – 10:00 AM: Return to your hotel for breakfast and some relaxing time. After lunch and some rest, get ready for your second Ranthambore safari by Canter. Report for the safari around 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM, depending on the seasonal timings. The Canter is a 20-seater shared safari vehicle, making it a comfortable and budget-friendly option for families and groups. Explore another part of Ranthambore and enjoy the beautiful afternoon jungle scenery. This is another great opportunity to look for tigers and other wildlife while enjoying excellent conditions for wildlife photography. Around 5:30 PM – 6:00 PM: Return to your hotel or resort after completing the safari.
